About the products
I used to shop with Kiya Cosmetics, is this the same brand? Yes. Haus of Kiya is the evolution of Kiya Cosmetics. Same founder, same commitment to quality, new name and a new era. If you were a Kiya customer before, welcome home.
Are your products natural? Yes. All Kiya products are formulated with plant-based botanical ingredients. Everything is cruelty free and vegan friendly.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. Our formulas are designed for all skin types including sensitive and melanin-rich skin. If you have specific skin concerns or allergies we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.
Do your products contain parabens or sulphates? No. We don't formulate with parabens, sulphates or unnecessary harsh chemicals. What goes on your skin should be as considered as everything else in your ritual.
Orders and shipping
How long will my order take to arrive? UK standard shipping takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £40.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is coming soon, join our email list to be notified when your country is added.
Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received this within 2 working days of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@hausofkiya.com.
Returns and exchanges
What is your returns policy? We want you to love everything you receive. If for any reason you'd like to return an unopened, unused product, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Just get in touch at hello@hausofkiya.com and we'll take care of it.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@hausofkiya.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it for you promptly.
Can I exchange a product? We don't currently offer direct exchanges but if you'd like to return an item and reorder something else please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
