Good things are worth the wait. Here's everything you need to know.


Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During peak periods such as launches or restocks, this may be slightly longer - we'll always keep you informed.


UK Shipping

Delivered via Royal Mail.

Standard Shipping - £4.49 - 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on all orders over £40.


Europe

Small Tracked Delivery - £16.99 - estimated 5–10 working days.

Standard Tracked Delivery - £19.99 - estimated 5-10 working days.


Rest of the World

Standard Tracked Delivery - £19.99 - estimated 10–20 working days.

Heavy Tracked Delivery - £29.99 - estimated 10–20 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe after dispatch - UK: 7 days, Europe: 25 days, Rest of World: 30 days - please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kiya experience. If something isn't right, please email hello@hausofkiya.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details.

Faulty or incorrect item - we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind - we offer refunds excluding shipping costs once the item is returned unused and in its original condition.

Please note we're unable to accept returns for purchases made through third party retailers. Please refer to their individual returns policy.


International Customers

Customs and import duties may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Haus of Kiya.


Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery your courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. If you have any concerns about a missed or lost parcel please don't hesitate to get in touch - we'll always do our best to support you.
