About the products

What is The Legacy Collection? The Legacy Collection is the range of products that started Kiya. Proven formulas, beloved by our community, now presented in their most considered form yet. These are the foundations, available now while The Homecoming Edit is being built.

What is The Homecoming Edit? The Homecoming Edit is our new premium body ritual collection, five products, elevated packaging, intentional formulation. It is coming soon. Join the waitlist to hear first.

Are your products natural? Yes. All Kiya products are formulated with plant-based botanical ingredients. Everything is cruelty free and vegan friendly.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. Our formulas are designed for all skin types including sensitive and melanin-rich skin. If you have specific skin concerns or allergies we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

Do your products contain parabens or sulphates? No. We don't formulate with parabens, sulphates or unnecessary harsh chemicals. What goes on your skin should be as considered as everything else in your ritual.


Orders and shipping

How long will my order take to arrive? UK standard shipping takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £40.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is coming soon, join our email list to be notified when your country is added.

Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received this within 2 working days of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@hausofkiya.com.


Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@hausofkiya.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it for you promptly.

Can I exchange a product? We don't currently offer direct exchanges but if you'd like to return an item and reorder something else please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
